Privacy Policy
This policy explains how twin3.ai handles data for humanity verification, Twin Matrix SBTs, contribution scoring, and the twin3 Discord bot used in the official twin3 Discord community.
1. Information We Collect
twin3 collects the minimum data needed to run identity verification, Discord community roles, and Proof-of-Contribution features.
- Account and verification data: wallet addresses, OAuth provider identifiers, verification completion status, Humanity score, SBT token ID, transaction hash, and related timestamps.
- Discord community data: Discord user ID, guild membership, roles, joined date, server profile fields visible inside the server, reactions, channel or forum IDs, message IDs, timestamps, and public message content in official twin3 Discord channels where the bot is configured.
- Technical data: session cookies, request metadata, device/browser metadata, and logs needed for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to operate twin3 identity and community systems.
- To verify humanity and issue or manage Twin Matrix SBTs.
- To grant, remove, reconcile, and display Discord roles such as Human, Experiencer, Builder, Creator, and other contribution roles.
- To calculate contribution signals, XP, levels, and rankings for Proof-of-Contribution programs.
- To detect spam, abuse, duplicate identities, malicious coordination, and other behavior that can harm community integrity.
- To provide support, debug issues, audit role changes, and improve onboarding.
3. Discord Bot and Message Content
The twin3 Discord bot may process message content in official twin3 community channels and forums for contribution scoring, support workflows, report classification, moderation support, and anti-abuse checks. For example, the bot may classify whether a Builder report is a bug report, UX report, feature request, or low-signal message, and may evaluate whether a public contribution is meaningful enough to count toward XP.
Message content is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build advertising profiles.
4. AI-Assisted Processing
Some contribution and safety workflows may use automated classification or AI-assisted review to summarize reports, score contribution signals, identify abusive behavior, or separate meaningful help from low-effort messages. These systems are used to operate the twin3 community and Proof-of-Contribution programs. We do not use Discord message content to train foundation models for third parties.
5. On-Chain Data
Your Soulbound Token and Twin Matrix records may be stored on public blockchain networks such as BNB Smart Chain. On-chain data is public and immutable by design. twin3 cannot delete blockchain records after they are written, although token holders may have burn or revocation options depending on the contract and product state.
6. Storage and Retention
Off-chain verification state and contribution data may be stored in Google Cloud services such as Firestore with encryption at rest. Session data uses secure cookies where applicable. We retain data for as long as needed to operate verification, role synchronization, contribution records, audit trails, community safety, and legal compliance.
7. Third-Party Services
twin3 may use third-party providers for identity and infrastructure, including Google OAuth, Discord OAuth and Discord APIs, LINE Login, Telegram Login, Passkey/FIDO2 providers, blockchain RPC providers, Google Cloud, and AI or automation providers used for classification and support workflows. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to their services.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of off-chain data through our Privacy Request Form. Public blockchain data cannot be deleted by twin3. Discord users may choose not to participate in contribution-scored channels or forums, but some roles and Proof-of-Contribution features may require Discord membership, public interactions, or verified SBT status.
9. Contact
For privacy inquiries, please submit the Privacy Request Form. The form sends requests to the twin3 team for review.
