Terms of Service

1. Service Description

twin3 provides humanity verification, Twin Matrix identity projection, Soulbound Token (SBT) features, Discord community role synchronization, Proof-of-Contribution scoring, and related community tools. The twin3 Discord bot may help grant roles, show rankings, process contribution signals, and support community onboarding.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Each person may only hold one SBT — duplicate identities will be rejected.

3. Discord Community Use

When using twin3 Discord features, you must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, and the rules of the official twin3 Discord server. Roles, XP, rankings, and Proof-of-Contribution signals are community participation records. They may be adjusted, recalculated, withheld, or removed when needed for abuse prevention, data correction, operational changes, or community safety.

4. Contribution Scoring

twin3 may evaluate public community activity, reactions, forum posts, reports, check-ins, and other contribution signals to calculate role-specific XP, levels, rankings, or eligibility. Some scoring and moderation workflows may use automated or AI-assisted review. These systems are experimental and may change as the Proof-of-Concept evolves.

5. Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys. twin3 cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions. Your SBT is bound to your wallet address permanently.

6. Experimental Features

Some twin3 features may operate on testnet, in beta, or as a Proof-of-Concept. Testnet tokens have no monetary value. Contribution rules, scoring weights, role thresholds, user interfaces, and automated systems may be updated without prior notice while the system is being tested and improved.

7. Limitation of Liability

twin3 is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from smart contract interactions, wallet security breaches, or service interruptions.
