7.2 KYA — Know Your Agent
KYA is twin3's agent-facing layer. It is how any AI agent confirms it is dealing with a unique, verified human, finds the right people, and calls them to act — without ever extracting raw data. (Target architecture: compute-to-data, so the Soul never leaves the user — the encryption/privacy layer is in development.)
